Self Mini Storage

Customers can reserve their mini storage units on our website by clicking "Rent Now". Select the store location and the storage unit size you would like to reserve. The storage units can be reserved for 24 hours free of charge. You are encouraged to make a site visit at our facility after you reserve the storage unit and to register and make payment upon your confirmation. Also, you can call 2580 2088 or Whatsapp 9275 8858 to reserve a storage unit or make an appointment for site visit.
Customers may choose the rental period suitable to their needs. The minimum rental period is one month and the maximum rental period is 12 months.
Packing material is provided for customers such as carton boxes, plastic boxes, bubble wrap, tape, cutter etc.. Customers can purchase the packing material online or at our store. There is a packing area in every store.
In N Out Storage complies with the fire regulations of Hong Kong Fire Services Department. Fire doors and brick walls are fire resistant for 1 hour with an official fire test certificate. Furthermore, our facilities is equipped with an automatic sprinkler system, ensuring your belongings are well protected in our climate-controlled (20 ° C) and humidity controlled (60%) facility. Equipped with 24-hour high-definition CCTV system, smart cards are required for access, and strict security system is in place.

All stores are 24 hours freely accessible with smart cards. Customer service office hours are from 10 am to 7 pm from Monday to Friday, and from 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday.
We provide a variety of payment methods such as: cash, credit card, cheque, bank transfer, EPS, Payme, Alipay, Wechat Pay and PPS.
The storage lease period refers to the day when the storage unit is officially used. Customers can choose any one day as the lease start date within two weeks after signing the agreement.
Customer can select a suitable size of mini storage size, then contact our staff or select the mini store location in person. After confirmation, you have to sign the agreement. You can use the storage at any time after the payment is settled.
For individual registration, please bring along your identification card and address proof. The address proof should be valid within past 3 months of rental commencement date. For company registration, please provide a copy of your business registration and bring along company chop during. The business registration should be valid within past 3 months of rental commencement date.
If you would like to renew storage services with In N Out Storage, you should complete the renewal formalities and storage fee on or before your storage service expiry date. We provide various payment method such as cash, cheque, bank transfer, EPS, Mastercard, Visa, PPS, Alipay and WeChat pay. storage. The renewal formalities can be processed online or in-person at our storage facility in 5/F, Shing Dao Industrial Building.
If you decide to terminate your storage unit before service expiration date, all prepaid fees cannot be refunded except for the storage deposit.
After renting the storage, you are free to upgrde your stroage to bigger size storage and pay the price difference. Meanwhile, if you would like to change to a smaller storage, the remining prepaid fee will be settled by extending the contract period.
Our storage facilities are designed to comply with the latest Hong Kong Fire Services Department ’s regulations for mini warehouse fire protection. 1 Hour Fireproof brick walls are used for each compartments. Fire-resistant equipment such as fire resistant door, rescue window, water sprinkler and fire extinguisher are installed in each storage facility. Furthermore, the Hong Kong Fire Services Department has issued a certificate to In N Out Storage for complying with fire regulations.
The storage deposit will be refunded by cheque or bank transfer within 15 working days after the storage unit is cleared and the termination form is filled out and returned to our customer service team.
Yes, you can visit our official website to experience and inspect our storage facility through virtual reality (VR). This can save your time from having to visit the storage facility in person. After you have decided to rent a storage unit, please contact the customer service staff by email, phone or Whatsapp, and make payment online. To terminate the storage unit, you can simply fill in the termination form and return to our customer service staff or Whatsapp to us.

Delivery service

The initial quotation will be evaluated on the website or by phone at 2580 2088. Our customer represenative will confirm the appointment date and time afterward.
Select items to be carried on the website or call 2580 2088 directly. After the estimation, customer representative will contact you directly.
In addition to the delivery, we can also provide packaging materials, furniture assembly and disassembly, and packing into boxes services. We are offering One-stop point-to-point service.
Our delivery team can organize and pack your belongings into the boxes according to the requirements of the customer.
Our company offer cartons and plastic boxes of different sizes. Customers can purchase different sizes of boxes according to individual needs.
Customer only need to inform the list of furniture that needs to be disassambly in advance. Our delivery team will bring the tools to carry out the disassambly work.
Please let us know as soon as possible to reschedule the delivery time. Customers must cancel 24 hours prior to the scheduled date. Otherwise the company will charge HKD$200 for administrative fee and deduct it directly from the storage deposit.
Customer do not need to follow the delivery truck to our storage unit. Our delivery team will move the items to your designated storage unit on behalf of you.
